- 5 cups of water

- 6 .14-ounce packets of sugar-free instant apple cider drink mix
- 12 whole cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks (plus more for garnish)
- 2 star anise pods
How to make this sugar-free pumpkin cider recipe
Making this sugar-free pumpkin cider recipe is easy! Just add water, Torani Puremade Zero Sugar Pumpkin Spice Syrup, sugar-free instant apple cider mix, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise to a large saucepan over medium-high heat and stir it to combine everything. Cook the pumpkin spice apple cider, stirring occasionally, until it just barely reaches a simmer (this will take about 15 minutes). Reduce the heat and continue to simmer the hot pumpkin cider for 10 more minutes so that all those delicious fall spices meld together.
Pour the pumpkin spice cider through a strainer to separate and discard the cloves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise. Serve your non-alcoholic pumpkin drink with additional cinnamon sticks.
