What to serve with this lemon mayonnaise sauce
Lemon aioli is very versatile! Here are some of the most common ways to use a good lemon garlic aioli (but feel free to use your imagination for even more uses):

- One of my favorite ways to use aioli (especially a yummy lemon aioli recipe like this one) is as a dip. In fact, I originally developed this recipe as a dip for my Keto Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus recipe. You can also dip fries (or thick potato wedges) or vegetables into aioli. It’s especially fabulous with steamed artichokes, sauteed broccoli, and Brussels sprouts!
- This tasty lemon mayonnaise recipe is delicious with fish and seafood. I particularly love it with my Salmon Croquettes recipe, but it also works on grilled, baked, or poached fish fillets like halibut, and with shrimp. Not just fish… this lemon mayonnaise sauce is also wonderful on poultry.
- Use it as a salad dressing! You can whisk in a little vinegar to thin out the lemon mayonnaise recipe and make a great creamy lemon dressing.
- Add a dollop of this lemon mayonnaise dip on top of appetizer bites, like bruschetta, fried green tomatoes (or Fried Tomatillo Bites), caprese bites, and more.
