I’m sharing five super simple mocktail recipes today. These non-alcoholic sparkling mocktails are the perfect, refreshing drinks for summer, and a great opportunity to use up some of the extra herbs in your garden. If you’re looking for recipes for mocktails with sparkling water, fresh fruit, and fresh herbs, you’ll want to pin this post! I’m sharing easy recipes for mocktails with mint (a cucumber mocktail), mocktails with basil (a watermelon mocktail and a blackberry mocktail), and mocktails with rosemary (a blueberry mocktail and a grapefruit mocktail). Every single one is delicious, and I can’t wait for you to try them yourself!

Refreshing Sparkling Mocktails with Mint, Basil, and Rosemary

Cucumber & Mint Mocktail

This cucumber mocktail is unbelievably refreshing, and so simple to make. While there are a lot of mocktails with mint that you can make, there’s nothing quite like sipping on this cucumber mint mocktail on a hot day.

Ingredients:

  • Sparkling water
  • Thinly sliced cucumber
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice

Watermelon, Basil & Lime Mocktail

This is the only watermelon mocktail recipe you’ll ever need! My family went absolutely nuts for it. The combination of the freshly pressed watermelon juice with fresh lime juice and basil leaves make this watermelon mocktail one you’ll not soon forget… and who would have thought fruit mocktails with basil could be so good!?

Blueberry & Rosemary Mocktail

Have you ever had a mocktail with rosemary? This simple blueberry mocktail has a subtle spice thanks to the addition of a rosemary sprig.

Grapefruit & Rosemary Mocktail

Another delicious non-alcoholic drink with rosemary is this light and refreshing grapefruit mocktail. While it might sound surprising, a grapefruit and rosemary mocktail is a delightful combination of ingredients.

Blackberry & Basil Mocktail

This blackberry mocktail was one of my favorites! Mocktails with basil are always fun, but the way the blackberry and basil come together with the sparkling water is an absolute treat.

Hi Penny, I’ll look into adding more detail to the post, but honestly we just wing it to taste when we make it.

Hi Ramona, so basically you are saying make mocktails out of any thing, LOL. Have you ever tried blood orange?

LOL! For these I looked for herbs and fruit that’s flavors paired or complemented each other well. It might not work for just any other combo, but it can be fun to experiment! I haven’t tried one with blood orange yet, but that’s a great idea! Maybe something to try this summer.
