What you need to make cinnamon roll brains
Here is what you’ll need to buy and/or gather to make these Halloween cinnamon rolls:
- 8 or 9-inch round baking pan
- 8-pack refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- Red food coloring
How to make these Halloween cinnamon rolls

To make the cinnamon roll brains, unroll the individual cinnamon rolls from a tube of pre-made cinnamon rolls. Arrange them in a round baking pan like the image above. You’ll need two cinnamon roll strips for the center lines (curved at the top and bottom), and three cinnamon roll strips arranged in a sort of accordion fold on each side.

Simply bake the Halloween cinnamon rolls according to the package directions for temperature and time. The dough will expand to connect the pieces together.

Mix the icing that came with the cinnamon roll package with some red food coloring until it matches your desired color, then spread over the top of the cinnamon roll brains.

These Halloween themed cinnamon rolls are truly that easy to make! I hope you’re inspired, and if you make these Halloween brain cinnamon rolls, I’d love to see them! Tag me @fabeveryday in your social media posts!
