- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- Pinch cayenne pepper
For the BBQ chicken and potatoes:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 pounds gold potatoes, cut into wedges
- 4 ears of corn, cut in half (or use pre-cut mini corn cobettes)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Freshly cracked salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup BBQ sauce (whichever prepared sauce is your favorite)

Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large sheet pan or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and coat it with nonstick cooking spray. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, chili powder, and a pinch of cayenne together in a small bowl to create a BBQ seasoning mix for your baked barbecue chicken breasts.
