I’ve got the full baked ranch pork chops and potatoes recipe at the end of this post, but here’s what you’ll need to make ranch pork chops in the oven:
- 4 boneless pork loin chops

- Freshly cracked salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1-ounce packet dry ranch dressing mix (or two tablespoons of dry ranch seasoning)
How to make sheet pan baked ranch pork chops and potatoes
These baked ranch pork chops are super easy to prep. First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F, then line a large sheet pan or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Toss the pork, potatoes, and asparagus in a large bowl with olive oil.
Spread everything out onto the sheet pan in an even layer, then season everything with salt, pepper, and a packet of ranch seasoning. Just sprinkle it over everything.
Place the ranch pork chops and potatoes in the preheated oven and cook until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are fork tender (about 20-22 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork).
If desired: Preheat your broiler and place the baked ranch pork chops pan beneath it for 2-3 minutes, or until the top of your ranch pork chops and potatoes reaches your desired crispness.
