How to make Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli
This beef and broccoli sheet pan recipe is really simple to prep. Start by preheating the oven to 450 degrees F, and lining a large sheet pan or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Coat with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, then toss broccoli florets into the soy sauce mixture until the broccoli is evenly coated. Spread the broccoli into an even layer on the prepared sheet pan.
In the same bowl, mix together the remaining 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil with oyster sauce, brown sugar (or brown sugar substitute), minced garlic, and grated fresh ginger. Add strips of sirloin steak to the mixture, tossing to coat the beef.
Add the beef (with any extra sauce from the bowl) to the sheet pan with the broccoli.
Bake the beef broccoli sheet pan in the preheated oven for 10-14 minutes or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the broccoli is crisp-tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
This sheet pan beef and broccoli is SO yum, and I love how quickly it’s prepped and cooked.
We like to serve it with rice, but you can eat it on its own or with your favorite takeout sides. Here’s the Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli recipe! Enjoy, and please leave a rating if you love it as much as we do.
