The #FabFam loves Halloween. It may in fact be my favorite holiday. Over the years we have done some fun family costumes (see our family Harry Potter costumes, our family DIY Star Wars: The Force Awakens costumes, our DIY family LEGO Movie costumes, our DIY Despicable Me/Minions family costumes, and our family Avengers costumes that started it all).

Today, I am sharing our family Halloween costumes for this year… drumroll, please… we are YouTubers!

Since YouTube is life for my kids (is it the same in your family?), they were keen on the idea to combine and imitate some of their favorite YouTube stars for their Halloween costumes. The hubs and I also thought it was a fun idea to parody a few of the other specific types of YouTubers. The irony is not lost on me that I myself am an influencer, and even though vlogging isn’t my primary content, in some ways I am parodying myself here. But hey, that’s part of what makes this one so fun!

Here are our family’s four different YouTuber Halloween costumes. They were all super easy and cost-effective ideas for Halloween costumes. They are also great ideas for last-minute DIY Halloween costumes:

Beauty YouTuber Halloween Costume

This easy Halloween costume just requires some extra makeup, fake eyelashes, and a few props, like blending tools, makeup brushes, and palettes.

Unboxing YouTuber Halloween Costume

This costume couldn’t be easier! Just hold a small box with a few small toys inside, and unbox it!

Theorist YouTuber Halloween Costume

Inspired by one of his favorite YouTubers, MatPat of Game Theory, this costume just required some fan merch and creative facial expressions and narration.

Video Gaming YouTuber Halloween Costume

The boys follow several gaming YouTubers. This costume could be as simple as wearing a t-shirt and a backwards baseball cap while holding a game controller. S was inspired by one of his favorite YouTubers, Tina the Tiger, who dresses in a tiger costume (onesie) while filming her videos.

Well, that’s another Halloween in the life of the #FabFam! Now, smash that like button, and don’t forget to subscribe in 5…4…3…2…
