How to make charcuterie cups for a party

Here are the steps for making these individual charcuterie cups with French fries:
- Prepare the fries. For the OVEN: Preheat oven to 425° F. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (Crinkle Cut Fries on one half and Shoestring Fries on the other half). Bake 25-30 minutes or until crispy. Stir each halfway through cooking time to ensure even baking. For the AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 360° F. Fill the air fryer basket with half the frozen potatoes. Cook 12-14 minutes. Slide out basket halfway through cooking time and shake.
- While the fries are cooking, add a tablespoon of ground mustard to the bottom of 10 individual cups.
- Add salami, chorizo, Cheddar, Gouda, and mozzarella to each of 10 long cocktail picks.
- When the fries are done, divide both types of fries between the 10 cups. Add a meat and cheese skewer and smoked sausage stick to each of the individual charcuterie cups with the fries.
- Serve the French Fry Charcuterie Cups hot and fresh.
